We invite you to try our fun, high energy dance classes for girls aged 4 years through to 60 and over. Our classes combine jazz dance, basic ballet/contemporary and aerobic exercise all rolled into one fun filled class – physie! Established for over ten years, we are proud that so many of our foundation members are still enjoying Mermaid Beach physie today.
